If you’re seeking therapy that honors the depth of your story while helping you live more fully in the present and in alignment with your values, I invite you to reach out.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and caregivers navigating emotional pain, life transitions, or complex trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and seeking support in healing from past or recent loss, abuse, neglect, or harmful patterns maintained across families, cultures, institutions, and broader systems.
CONTINUITY OF CARE
I’m particularly well-positioned to support those transitioning from higher levels of care into ongoing outpatient therapy. My extensive experience in intensive treatment settings as a therapist and clinical leader provides a strong foundation for working with complex mental health histories and an understanding of the therapeutic frameworks and skills clients may be carrying forward from prior treatment.
ATHLETES & PERFORMANCE PRESSURE
I also work with athletes and performance-driven individuals navigating the emotional demands of high-pressure environments. As a former Division I collegiate athlete and current high school coach, I understand how success can carry its own momentum, with rising expectations and a narrowing margin for error. Setbacks, injury, and transitions beyond sport can bring different challenges, particularly when athletic identity is deeply tied to one’s sense of self. I integrate a sports psychology lens when these experiences intersect with self-concept, trauma, or burnout, without losing sight of the person behind the achievements.
