About

Meeting You with Acceptance and Leaning Into What Matters Most

If you’re seeking therapy that honors the depth and complexity of your story while helping you build a life grounded in your values, I welcome you to reach out. I specialize in working with young adults, teens, and caregivers healing from emotional pain, relationship challenges, and past wounds that shape identity and influence how they connect with others and move through the world. For many of my clients, this includes life transitions, chronic stress, loss, abuse, intergenerational trauma, and harmful patterns and norms reinforced across families, cultures, institutions, and broader systems. I also work with performance-driven individuals whose lives have been fueled by ambition, discipline, achievement, and high standards. I recognize success carries its own momentum, with rising expectations, mounting pressure to continually prove yourself and outperform others, and a narrowing margin for error. As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I bring lived experience to my work with high-level performers facing intense demands and competitive dynamics, along with the realities of setbacks, burnout, injury, and life beyond sport. Seeking support is a meaningful step. Therapy helps slow things down so you can reflect and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness. I will walk alongside as you rediscover hope and vitality, creating a therapeutic experience that feels grounded, paced, and deeply human. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Experience across levels of care and extensive training in evidence-based modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT for Complex PTSD Seeking Safety for co-occurring trauma and substance abuse Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) Attachment-Based Family Therapy - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I am also available to consult with colleges, universities, and high schools, as well as athletic departments, student-led organizations, nonprofits, treatment programs, and behavioral health organizations on mental health policy, suicide risk protocols, health leave and reintegration processes, and student mental health systems design.
