Helping you lean into what matters most
If you’re seeking therapy that honors the depth of your story while helping you build a life more aligned with your values, I invite you to reach out.
I specialize in working with young adults, teens, and caregivers navigating emotional pain and life challenges. For many of my clients, this includes transitions, loss, intergenerational trauma, neglect, abuse, and harmful patterns maintained across families, cultures, institutions, and broader systems.
I also work with athletes and performance-driven individuals whose ambition, discipline, and high standards fuel their lives, yet may conceal pain. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand success carries its own momentum, with rising expectations and a narrowing margin for error. I bring that lived experience to my work with high-level performers facing intense demands and competitive dynamics, as well as the realities of setbacks, injury, and life beyond sport. I integrate a sports psychology lens when performance pressure intersects with self-concept, trauma, or burnout.
Seeking support is a meaningful step toward healing. Therapy creates space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness. I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover hope and vitality through a deeply human process, at a pace that feels right for you.
